Customized Ongoing Updates
Step 1:
Select the frequency of updates: weekly, monthly, quarterly
Step 2:
Send pertinent information to Buttonwood. This information can be anything from details on a newly acquired asset, to new management personnel, to a change in your distribution payments.
Step 3:
Buttonwood review data: Buttonwood will review the data provided, summarize key details and prepare the information for distribution.
Step 4:
Buttonwood distributes the update: Buttonwood will send the new information to every member of the selling group that originally received your initial Buttonwood Investment Program Review.
Quarterly Investment Program Updates
Step 1:
Buttonwood requests information: Buttonwood will request information from you on a wide range of topics such as: assets acquired, program financial performance, distribution performance, changes in management, etc.
Step 2:
Buttonwood produces update report: Buttonwood will review and analyze the information received and produce a 10-12 page update report covering all pertinent changes and information.
Step 3:
Buttonwood distributes the update: Buttonwood will send the update report to every member of the selling group that originally received your initial Buttonwood Investment Program Review.
Annual Sponsor Review Updates
Step 1:
Buttonwood requests information: Buttonwood will request information from you on a wide range of topics such as: sponsor financial statements, prior performance, distribution performance, changes in management, ownership changes, changes in policies and/or procedures, etc.
Step 2:
Buttonwood updates sponsor review: Buttonwood will review and analyze the information received and update the original Buttonwood Sponsor Review to reflect the new information.
Step 3:
Buttonwood distributes the updated review: Buttonwood will send the updated sponsor review to every member of the selling group that originally received your initial Buttonwood Sponsor Review as well as to any new recipients you designate.
